Crankshaft drive belt sprocket bolt is now a 12 point bolt (formerly hex head).

The new 12 point bolt must always be replaced if removed during repairs.

Torque

90 N-m (66 ft.lb.) plus 1/2 turn (1800) further in one movement (two 90~ turns are permissible).

Note

New style bolt may be installed in all previously manufactured Diesel engines which have an M14 x 1.5 mm crankshaft drive belt sprocket bolt.
