Heater Core: Service and Repair
Without A/C

REMOVAL

1.

Disconnect the lower radiator hose and drain the coolant.

2.

Remove the cover from the heater core.

3.

Remove the hoses and slide the heater core out of the air box.

NOTE:  Installation is the reverse of removal.
