Full Throttle Switch: Adjustments

1.

Disconnect electrical connector from throttle switch.

2.

Connect suitable test lamp to positive battery terminal and throttle switch connector.

3.

Press throttle lever in direction of full throttle until throttle switch clicks and test lamp illuminates.

4.

In this position, gap between full throttle stop and throttle lever should be .031--.063 inch (0.8--1.6mm).

5.

If gap is not as specified, adjust by moving throttle switch.
