Tensioned Headliner Rail, Installing

Tensioned Headliner Rail, Installing 

NOTE: 

-

All screws are microencapsulated and must always be replaced.

-

Sun shade is slide all the way forward.

-

Slide rail - 1 - in.

-

Install screws - 2 and 3 -, but do not tighten yet. Tightening torque for bolt: 4 Nm.

Pull rail in center down about 2 cm. This creates pretension on the rail so the sliding headliner can slide without dragging on the tensioned
headliner.

Tighten screws - 2 and 3 -. Tightening torque for bolt: 4 Nm.

-

Insert noted number of spacer plates and tighten screw - 4 -.
