Sensor Wheel

‹› For the engine speed (RPM) sensor (G28).

‹› Replace the sensor wheel every time the bolts are loosened.

‹› Only possible to install in one position - Bores are offset.

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Sensor Wheel ] See: Crankshaft Gear/Sprocket/Service and Repair.

Crankshaft

‹› Axial play new: 0.07 to 0.23 mm, wear limit: 0.30 mm

‹› Check radial clearance with Plastigage, new: 0.017 to 0.037 mm, wear limit: 0.07 mm

‹› Do not turn crankshaft when measuring radial play.

‹› Crankshaft dimensions, refer to => [ Crankshaft Dimensions ] See: Specifications/Pin Diameter.

‹› Needle bearing, removing and installing. Refer to => [ Crankshaft Needle Bearings ] See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Automatic

‹› For bearing 3

Bearing Shell for Cylinder Block

‹› With lubricating groove.

‹› Classification for replacement part ordering, refer to => [ Upper Crankshaft Bearing Identification ] See: Crankshaft Main Bearing/Service and

Repair.

‹› Do not interchange used bearing shells (mark them).

Chain Sprocket

‹› For the oil pump drive.

‹› Without lubricating groove.

‹› Do not interchange used bearing shells (mark them).
