Open screw-type clamp - 1 - and disconnect connector coupling - 2 -.

Remove charge air hose from vehicle.

Remove the nut - 1 - (15 Nm) from lower mounting bolt of starter.
-
Remove wire retainer - 2 -.
-
Remove lower starter mounting bolt - arrow - (M10= 40 Nm, M12= 80 Nm).
