Gently pull on the line to check the installation.

Remove the (3094) and bring the supply hose back to its original shape.

Bleed the clutch system. Refer to => [ Clutch System, Bleeding ] See: Clutch Hydraulic System/Service and Repair/Procedures.

Install the battery tray and battery. 

-

If removed, install the air filter housing.

-

Connect the battery and observe the work procedures for after connecting the battery.

Removing

-

Remove the mounting bracket. Refer to one of the following:

Passat, Passat CC and CC, refer to => [ Mounting Bracket ]. See: Clutch Hydraulic System/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Clutch
Pedal and Hydraulics/Mounting Bracket

Carefully mount the lower area of the clutch pedal in a vise with protective jaws.

-

Remove the clutch pedal from the master cylinder. Refer to => [ Master Cylinder ]. See: Clutch Hydraulic System/Service and Repair/Removal
and Replacement/Clutch Pedal and Hydraulics/Master Cylinder

Push the over center spring off from the clutch pedal -  arrow 1 - and pivot the mounting bracket simultaneously in the - direction of arrow 2 -.
