Installing

Drive the new seal in until seated; be sure not to distort the seal.

Fill the area between the sealing lip and dust lip halfway with sealing grease (G 052 128 A1).

Install the flange shaft.

Secure the flange shaft with the countersunk bolt - item 12 -=> [ Countersunk Bolt ] See: Differential/Differential Output Shaft/Service and
Repair/Overhaul/Differential and tighten to specification.

Install left drive axle.
