Wiper Blade: Adjustments

Joint-Free Windshield Wiper

Removing:

-

Drive wiper arms into the service-/winter position, refer to => [ Wiper Arm Service-/Winter Position ] See: Description and Operation/Wiper Arm
Service-/Winter Position.

‹› Right and left wiper blades may not be interchanged during installation. 

‹› Joint-free windshield wipers are very flexible. Grasp wiper blades only in the area of the wiper blade mount.

Fold wiper arm away from window.

-

Do not grasp wiper blade when doing this.

-

Push button - 1 - and pull wiper blade mount -  3 - out of wiper arm - 2 - until it stops.

Swivel wiper blade as depicted in the illustration and pull off wiper blade mount - 3 - in - direction of arrow - from wiper arm - 2 -.

Installing:

-

Slide wiper blade mount - 3 - up to stop into wiper arm - 2 -.

-

Make sure that button - 1 - in wiper arm -  2 - engages securely.

-

Carefully fold the wiper arm down onto the windshield.
