Door Hinge Assembly Overview

NOTE:

The description applies to the right side. The left side is similar.

Bolts for door hinges must always be replaced after loosening.

Hinge is divided

Socket head bolt

M8x24

Tightening torque: 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90 degree)

Always replace bolts after loosening

Remove when removing door

Always replace bolts after loosening

Lower part of door hinge with door arrester

Hinge is divided

Installed from the vehicle interior

-

Remove lower A-pillar trim.

-

Tightening torque: 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90 degree)

Always replace bolts after loosening
