Windshield Frame Seal Assembly Overview

NOTE:

-

On vehicles with VIN through 8V016303, the seal is sealed to the windshield frame using adhesive sealing.

-

On vehicles with VIN from 8V016304, the seal is bonded to the windshield frame using double-sided adhesive tape.

-

On vehicles with VIN through 8V016303 or if the seal is sealed with adhesive sealant, new retaining rails must also be used.

Quantity: 6 per side, 11 on top

Tightening specification: 1.5 Nm

Check the expanding nuts for damage before tightening the bolts.
