Seat Cover: Service and Repair
Single Seat Upholstery, Removing/Installing

Make up two upholstery wires (2.0 mm or approx. 5/64 in. dia.) to following dimensions:
a

320 mm (approx. 12.5 in.)

b

=

280 mm (approx. 11.0 in.)

-

Make up one upholstery wire (2.0 mm or approx. 5/64 in. dia.) to following dimensions:
a

=

360 mm (approx. 14.0 in.)

b

=

320 mm (approx. 12.5 in)

-

Make up four upholstery wires (2.8 mm or approx. 1/8 in. dia.) to following dimensions:
a

=

360 mm (approx. 14.0 in.) 

b

=

320 mm (approx. 12.5 in.)

-

Insert upholstery wires (2.0 mm or approx. 5/64 in. dia.) in seat cover straps as shown.
