Air Duct: Service and Repair
Intake & Exh. Duct Intake & Combustion Air Hose Remove/Install

Intake Duct, Exhaust Duct, Intake Hose, Combustion Air Hose, Removing And Installing

Combustion air pipe adapter 
Pull off

Combustion air hose

Combustion air intake adaptor 
Take out cross member
Remove adaptor from combustion air hose (remove screws)

Exhaust duct
Remove floor plate
Remove upper/lower outlets in passenger compartment
Pull duct off heater

Intake hose
Disconnect plugs T10 and T1a located behind lower left B-pillar trim
Disconnect Ground (GND) connection at point -34- behind lower left B-pillar trim
Loosen clamps and remove hose
Pull out wiring harness from intake hose and intake duct

Intake duct
Disconnect plugs T10 and ha located behind lower left B-pillar trim
Disconnect Ground (GND) connection at point -34- behind lower left B-pillar trim
Loosen clamp and remove intake hose
Pull out wiring harness from intake duct
Remove screws -arrows- then remove intake duct
