Coolant return hose, (from coolant pipe - Auxiliary heater core to control valve)

Coolant return hose, (from control valve to motor)

Coolant return hose, (from main heater core to control valve)

Removing

-

Loosen clip and remove cable

-

Loosen spring clamps and remove coolant hoses

-

Remove control valve from over flow reservoir bracket

NOTE:

-

Release coolant system pressure and drain coolant before beginning repair

-

Refill with coolant after installing/replacing control valve.
