Cold Start Accelerator (CSA) Cable, Adjusting

Vehicles 09.94 > 

-

Remove radiator grille:

All vehicles

-

Remove left and right-hand mounting bolts -1-

NOTE:  Vehicles 09.94 > 1 mounting bolt located on each left and right side of lock carrier.

-

Tilt lock carrier and radiator out and forward -arrow-

-

Slide washer -1- onto cable and secure via mounting clip -2-

-

Set operating lever to 0 position (direction of arrow), pull inner cable taut and attach in pin -3- using lock screw
