Installing

‹› Tightening specifications, refer to --> [ Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview. 

Install in reverse order of removal. When doing this note the following: 

‹› Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

Assemble the charge air pipe connections. Refer to --> [ Charge Air Hose Connector Coupling, Disconnecting and Connecting ] See: Powertrain
Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Turbocharger/Service and Repair/Charge Air Hose Connector Coupling, Disconnecting and
Connecting.

Check the coolant level. Refer to --> [ Draining and Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Cooling System, Draining and Filling.
