Oil Separator

Oil Separator

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque wrench 5-50 Nm (VAG 1331)

Removing

-

Remove the noise insulation.

-

Remove the bolts - 9 through 1 - and remove the oil separator.

CAUTION!
Risk of contaminating lubricating system.

‹› Seal the opening with a clean cloth.

Installing

‹› Always replace the gaskets and seals.

‹› Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

Install in reverse order of removal. When doing this note the following: 

-

Tighten the bolts - 1 through 9 - in sequence.
