Body self-diagnosis
Self-diagnosis of airbag system
Read measured value block
Warning!
Only visual check of wiring!
Do not carry out electrical continuity tests or measurements to ignition circuits!
Only check wiring with ignition switched off!
  • ‒ Connecting fault reader .
 
→ Indicated on display:
Rapid data transfer     HELP
Select function XX
  • ‒ Press keys -0- and -8- (08 initiates the "Read measured value block" function).
 
→ Indicated on display:

  • ‒ Confirm entry with the Q key.

  • ‒ Select relevant display group number and confirm entry with Q key.

Note:

A number of the display groups shown are only of consequence for a respective vehicle equipment level (e.g. side airbags)
