| Removing and installing door |
| – | Remove A-pillar lower trim -5- → General body repairs, interior; Rep. Gr.70. |
| – | Separate connectors -6- on A-pillar. |
| – | Pull bellows -3- off A-pillar. Pull wiring out of opening -arrow- in pillar. |
| – | Lever off cap -2- and unscrew bolt -1- from upper hinge pin. Torque setting: 13 Nm |
| – | Unscrew lower bolt -4- from hinge using door alignment tool -3320- and bit insert -3320/2-. Torque setting: 20 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) further |
Note| Always renew this bolt. |
| – | Lift door upwards out of hinge brackets. |
