| At the same time, it is also possible to reuse the old mirror base which has fallen off. |
| If the rain sensor is removed from its securing ring then the adhesive pad must be assumed as damaged and must therefore be replaced. The adhesive pad is available as an individual item → Parts catalogue (ETKA). |
| The rain sensor need not be replaced. |
