1 - Combination valve
q   Checking → Chapter.
2 - Vacuum hose
3 - Connector
q   2-pin.
4 - Secondary air inlet valve -N112-
5 - To connection on pipe to brake servo.
6 - Secondary air pump relay -J299-
q   In protective housing for relays (engine compartment).
7 - O-ring
q   Renew
8 - Pressure hose
q   Check for secure seating.
q   Press together at front to release.
9 - Intake hose
q   For secondary air pump.
10 - From air filter
11 - Secondary air pump motor -V101-
q   Checking function → Chapter.
12 - Connector
q   2-pin.
13 - 10 Nm
14 - 25 Nm
15 - 15 Nm
16 - Bracket
q   For secondary air pump motor -V101-.
q   Secured to intake manifold.
17 - Intake manifold, lower part
18 - 10 Nm
19 - Connecting piece
q   With mounting for combination valve and exhaust gas recirculation valve.
20 - Gasket
q   Renew
21 - 25 Nm
22 - Exhaust gas recirculation valve -N18- with exhaust gas recirculation potentiometer -G212-
q   Exhaust gas recirculation system → Chapter
23 - Threaded connection, 35 Nm
24 - 25 Nm
25 - Connecting pipe
26 - To connection on intake manifold
27 - 10 Nm

   
Fitting location of secondary air pump relay -J299--arrow-.
t  If tools are necessary to pull relays or control units out of the relay plate, first disconnect battery earth strap
t  Before disconnecting battery earth strap obtain code for radios with anti-theft coding.
