• ◆ Dial gauge

Test sequence

• ‒ → Insert a new valve into the guide. The end of the valve stem must be flush with the guide. Due to the slight difference in stem diameters, ensure that only an inlet valve is used in the inlet guide and an exhaust valve in the exhaust guide.
• ‒ Determine rock.
      Wear limit:
      Inlet valve guide = 1.0 mm
      Exhaust valve guide = 1.3 mm
