Removing and installing heater unit

WARNING

Danger of scalding injuries.

The cooling system is pressurised. When the engine is warm, the coolant temperature may be above 100° C.

If necessary, release pressure before carrying out repairs.

–	Removing and installing dash panel → Rep. Gr.70.

–	Seal heat exchanger to prevent coolant from running out.

–	Remove dash panel cross member → Chapter

–	Detach nuts (3.7 ± 0.2 Nm) from bulkhead side.
