Checking gearbox oil

–	Turn steering to left to full lock.

–	Remove left part of noise insulation tray below engine and gearbox, if present.

–	To check gearbox oil, remove oil plug -arrow-.

Oil level is correct when gearbox is filled to lower edge of filler hole.

–	Screw in plug -arrow-.

When filling with oil, note the following:

–	Remove oil plug -arrow-.

–	Fill with gear oil to lower edge of filler hole.

–	Screw in plug -arrow-.

Torque setting

Oil filler plug

25 Nm

–	Install left part of noise insulation tray below engine and gearbox, if present.
