Installing
   
–  Swing bevel box so that pinion housing -1- points upwards.
–  Fit small tapered roller bearing inner race for shaft bevel gear.
–  Drive in new seal for output flange to stop using thrust piece -T10049-.
–  Half-fill space between sealing lip and dust lip with sealing grease -G 052 128 A1-.
–  Lubricate splines of output flange and shaft bevel gear evenly with multi-purpose grease.
–  Pull in output flange.

-A- - Two arm puller -Kukko 20/10-
–  Apply puller hooks to underside of pinion housing.
–  Coat threads of new hexagon nut and shaft bevel gear with locking fluid -D 000 600-.
–  Fit new nut for output flange and tighten to specified torque → Item.

-A- - Socket for 3/4" drive
–  Install bevel box → Chapter.
–  Check oil in gearbox with bevel box → Chapter.
