Removing and installing valve body
Removing and installing → valve body
  Caution
Do not run engine or tow vehicle with pan removed or when there is no → ATF in gearbox.
–  Observe general repair instructions → Chapter.
   
Valve body identification
The metal tab -arrow- must be kept together with valve body.
t  The → valve body, the conductor strip and the adjacent parts can also be removed with the gearbox installed.
t  After renewing → valve body or conductor strip, carry out basic setting → Chapter.
t  Dirty or defective → valve body.
t  Do not use fluffy cloths.
t  If renewing, refer to exchange component → Chapter.
–  Then check → ATF level and top up → Chapter.
