ATF level too low, final drive oil level too high (or vice versa) - no external leaks in gearbox

→ ATF level too low, final drive oil level too high (or vice versa) - no external leaks in gearbox

Only for gearboxes with 2 separate oil systems

Possible causes of fault

Rectifying fault

Seal for output shaft/pinion shaft defective; → ATF and final drive oil have mixed.

–	Renew seal for output shaft → Rep. Gr.38; Gearbox - longitudinal installation → Rep. Gr.39.
