  Note
t  Charge air system must be free of leaks.
t  All hose connections are secured by clips. Always check the following points with connector couplings:
   
t  Release connection by pulling the locking clip -arrow-.
t  Pull hose/pipe off without the use of tools.
t  When installing, ensure the retaining lugs -A- engage correctly.

1 - Charge air cooler
2 - 10 Nm
3 - Bracket
4 - Connecting hose
5 - Connecting pipe
q   Charge air cooler/inlet connection
6 - O-ring
q   Renew if damaged.
7 - Intake manifold temperature sender -G72-
q   12.98 ► on charge oil cooler
8 - 5 Nm
9 - Connecting hose
q   Connecting pipe/intake connection
10 - Connecting hose
q   Charge air pipe/turbocharger
11 - Charge air pipe
q   With silencer
