Removing and installing parts of charge air cooling

Note

t	All hose connections of charge air system are secured by spring-type clips or by connector couplings. Always check the following points with connector couplings:

t	Release connection by pulling the locking clip -arrow-.

t	Pull hose/pipe off without the use of tools.

t	When installing, ensure the locking lugs -A- engage correctly.

t	Checking charge air system for leaks → Chapter

Note

Charge air system must be free of leaks.
