–  Clean hole in cylinder head with nylon cylinder brush -T10133/4-.
  N24-1509
–  Carefully clean injector in area of seal -arrow-. Remove carbon deposits using a wire brush.
–  Carefully cut open seal with a knife.
–  Clean groove for seal.

–  Attach assembly cone -T10133/5- with a new oil seal -1- to injector -2-.

–  Slide oil seal further onto assembly cone -T10133/6- using assembly sleeve -T10133/5-.
–  Turn assembly sleeve -T10133/6- and slide seal into groove for seal.

–  Push calibration sleeve -T10133/7- onto injector to stop with a gentle twisting motion (approx. 180°).
–  Pull calibration sleeve -T10133/7- off again by turning it in the opposite direction.

–  Push calibration sleeve -T10133/8- onto injector to stop with a gentle twisting motion (approx. 180°).
–  Pull calibration sleeve -T10133/8- off again by turning it in the opposite direction.
–  Renew O-rings on injector and on spacer sleeve.
–  Before installing, moisten O-rings with clean engine oil.
  Note
The seal must not be oiled.
  N24-1567
–  Insert injector -4- in cylinder head.
  Note
The injector must insert easily. If necessary wait until the seal has contracted sufficiently.
–  Install retaining clip -3- and retaining plate -2-.
–  Tighten securing bolt -1- to 20 Nm.
Further assembly is basically the reverse of the dismantling sequence.
