Test prerequisites

• ● Hose unions must not leak.

Test sequence

Note:

Do not use compressed air during the following check!

• ‒ Remove the engine cover.

• ‒ → Remove pressure hose -arrow- from secondary air pump motor.

Note:

To release, press buttons together on hose coupling.

• ‒ Blow lightly into pressure hose to combi-valve
       Combi-valve must be closed.
• ‒ Blow strongly into pressure hose to combi-valve
       Combi-valve must open.

When the combi-valve does not open or is continuously open:

• ‒ Renew combi-valve.
