q   In cylinder head

q   For secondary air inlet valve -N112- and variable intake manifold changeover valve -N156-
6 - To fuel pressure regulator
7 - To intake manifold upper part
8 - Secondary air inlet valve -N112-*/**
9 - Connector
q   Black, 2-pin
10 - Non-return valve
q   White connection points to secondary air inlet valve -N112-
11 - To vacuum reservoir
12 - To variable intake manifold changeover vacuum actuator
13 - To air filter upper part
14 - Intake hose
q   Ensure part is seated securely in retaining clamps on heat shield
15 - Secondary air pump motor -V101-**
16 - Connector
q   Black, 2-pin
q   For secondary air pump motor -V101-.
17 - Bracket
q   For secondary air pump motor -V101-.
18 - Rubber mounting
19 - Housing
20 - 10 Nm
21 - Variable intake manifold change-over valve -N156-
22 - Connection
23 - Pressure hose
q   Check for secure seating.
24 - Gasket
q   Renew
25 - Connection
q   For combination valve.

   
Secondary air pump relay -J299--1-
t  If tools are necessary to pull relays or control units out of the relay plate, first disconnect battery earth strap
t  Before disconnecting battery earth strap, obtain code for radios with anti-theft coding.
