Installing > < Removing and installing suspension link
Removing
Removing
–  Remove wheel.
–  Remove noise insulation.
–  To remove left suspension link, coupling rod for vehicle level sender -G78- must be unbolted from suspension link bracket → Chapter.
Vehicles with automatic gearbox
   
–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
The following steps apply to all vehicles again.
–  Mark positions of bolts securing swivel joint on suspension link.

–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Unbolt drive shaft from gearbox flange shaft.
–  Pull wheel bearing housing with swivel joint out of suspension link.

–  Remove hexagon bolt -3- from suspension link.
–  Remove hexagon bolts -1- and -2- and take out wishbone.
Vehicles with automatic gearbox
–  Push engine/gearbox assembly forwards, e.g. with an assembly lever.
–  Remove hexagon bolt -1- and remove suspension link.
