Repairing front suspension, R32 > < Removing coil spring

–  Fit coil spring with suspension strut compressor -V.A.G 1752/1- onto bottom spring plate.
The end of the coil spring must lie against the stop -arrow-.
–  Tighten new hexagon nut on piston rod.
–  Relieve tension on suspension strut compressor -V.A.G 1752/1- and remove from coil spring.
–  Install coil spring strut → Chapter.
  A40-0162
Torque settings: 
Hexagon nut for upper shock absorber mounting
Use new nut!		60 Nm
