t  Hose clamps -3094-
t  Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-
t  Installation tool for spring type clips -VAS 5024-

No provision is made for repairing the vane pump. In case of complaints, determine the cause with the help of the pressure test, a leakage test and fault finding for running gear No. 10. If a fault is detected, renew the vane pump.
  Note
t  Replacement pumps are not filled with fluid. Therefore it is essential to fill pump with hydraulic fluid -G 002 000- and to rotate pump by hand. Otherwise pump may be damaged or be noisy during operation.

t  Fluid capacity in system: 0.7 ... 0.9 l
