Removing and installing relay plate and 13-position relay carrier
   
Removing and installing relay plate and 13-position relay carrier
Removing:
–  Disconnect battery → Chapter.
–  Carefully lever up the side dash panel cover.
–  Remove trim under steering column → General body repairs, interior; Rep. Gr.68
–  Remove securing screws -C-.
–  Release all wire connections -D-.
–  Lower relay plate -B- and relay carrier -A- to remove.
Installing:
Install in reverse order of removal. Observe specified torque settings → Chapter.
