–  Remove controls for fresh and heated air → Chapter.
–  Reach into centre console and release catch -1- of Bowden cable sleeve -2- and remove Bowden cable sleeve from mounting.
–  Release ball of Bowden cable -3- from operating lever -4-.

–  Remove footwell trim on driver side → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.68.
–  Unclip Bowden cable from control unit for temperature flap -A- and heater unit -B-.
