–  Remove plenum chamber cover → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. gr.64.
   
–  Remove cover -1- from plenum chamber
  Note
t  On vehicles with Climatronic from week 45/07, a bracket with an air quality sensor -G238- is fitted on the air intake grille.
t  Function of air quality sensor -G238- → Chapter.

–  Disconnect connector from air quality sensor -G238- and twist air quality sensor -G238- to right out of bracket.

–  Unscrew collar nuts -arrows- (2.5 ± 0.4 Nm) and remove air intake grille upwards.
