M12 -

80 Nm

q	Torque setting with insert 18 mm -T10179-: 65 Nm.

M10 -

40 Nm

Pfeile -

Face dowel sleeves

q	Do not grease

Drive shaft heat shield to bevel box: 25 Nm

Starter to gearbox → Rep. gr.27.

Assembly mountings

–	Renew bolts for left assembly mounting.

–	First screw in all bolts by hand.

–	First bolt bracket -A- to gearbox -1- with 40 Nm + 90° further turn.

–	The bracket can be levered into the correct position with a screwdriver as bolts -2- are tightened. Torque setting of bolts -2-: 60 Nm + 90°.

Assembly mounting bolts must be renewed.

Subframe to body → Rep. gr.40.
