1 - Gasket
q   Renew.
2 - Support
3 - Exhaust manifold with catalytic converter
4 - Washer
5 - 25 Nm
q   Renew.
6 - Gasket
q   Renew.
7 - Clamp
q   Before tightening, align cold exhaust system free of tension → Chapter.
q   Installation position → Fig..
q   Tighten bolted connections evenly.
q   Torque settings: M8 = 25 Nm, M10 = 40 Nm.
8 - To front silencer
9 - 25 Nm
10 - Tunnel bridge
11 - 25 Nm
q   Renew.
12 - Mounting
q   Renew if damaged.
13 - Front exhaust pipe
14 - 25 Nm
q   Renew.
15 - 25 Nm

   
Installation position of front clamp
–  Install clamp so that end of bolt does not extend beyond lower edge of clamp -arrow-.
l  Bolted connection faces right.
