1 - Warm air collector plate
2 - 10 Nm
3 - Lambda probe -G39-, 55 Nm
q   Grease only the threads with high-temperature paste -G 052 112 A3-; high-temperature paste -G 052 112 A3- must not get into the slots of probe body.
4 - Exhaust manifold with starter catalytic converter
q   Protect from damage by knocks and impact.
5 - Gasket
q   Renew.
6 - 25 Nm
q   Renew.
7 - Mounting
8 - 25 Nm
9 - Front clamp, 25 Nm
q   Before tightening, align cold exhaust system free of tension
q   Installation position → Fig..
q   Tighten bolted connections evenly.
10 - To front silencer
11 - Front tunnel bridge
12 - Catalytic converter
q   Protect from damage by knocks and impact.
13 - 23 Nm
14 - Lambda probe after catalytic converter -G130-, 55 Nm
q   Grease only the threads with high-temperature paste -G 052 112 A3-; high-temperature paste -G 052 112 A3- must not get into the slots of probe body.
q   The connector is located beneath right underbody panel.
15 - Connector
q   4-pin
16 - 25 Nm
17 - 20 Nm
18 - 40 Nm
q   Renew.
19 - Bracket
20 - Exhaust pipe
q   With flexible connection (de-coupling element).
q   Do not bend flexible connection more than 10° - otherwise it can be damaged.
