Removing and installing engine

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Removal lever -80 - 200-

t	Lifting tackle -2024 A-

t	Engine and gearbox jack -V.A.G 1383 A-

t	Hose clip pliers -V.A.G 1921-

t	Hose clip pliers -VAS 6362-

t	Stepladder -VAS 5085-

t	Engine bung set -VAS 6122-

t	Drip tray for workshop hoist -VAS 6208-

t	Engine bracket -T10359- with pin -T10359/2- and -Spannvorrichtung aus Getriebesatz-

Removing engine → Chapter.

Disconnecting gearbox from engine and assembling → Chapter.

Securing engine to assembly stand → Chapter.

Install engine → Chapter.

Assembly mountings → Chapter.
