Chain sprocket - tightening sequence
  Caution
The intermediate shaft sprocket must be replaced. Otherwise no tooth backlash is set - engine damage. The new intermediate shaft sprocket is coated with a solid film lubricant that wears off after a short period and thus automatically sets the tooth backlash.
–  Tighten bolt as follows:
1.  Tighten with torque wrench initially to 10 Nm.
2.  Turn chain sprocket.
Chain sprocket must be without play; otherwise loosen bolt and tighten again.
3.  Tighten with torque wrench to 30 Nm.
4.  Use fixed wrench to turn 90° further.
