Removing and installing oil pressure control valveN428 (engine codes CCZA, CCZB, CCZC, CCZD, CDAA, CDAB)
Removing and installing oil pressure control valve -N428- (engine codes CCZA, CCZB, CCZC, CCZD, CDAA, CDAB)
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Used oil collection and extraction unit -V.A.G 1782-
Removing:
–  Remove noise insulation → Rep. gr.66.
–  Place used oil collection and extraction unit -V.A.G 1782- under engine.
  W00-10211
–  Disconnect electrical connector -1-.
–  Unscrew bolt -2- and pull off oil pressure control valve -N428--3-.
Installing:
l  Specified torque → Item.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing, note the following:
t  Renew O-ring.
