Check thermostat

Removing:
–
Remove alternator
→ Electrical system; Rep. Gr.27
–
Remove coolant pipes
→ Chapter
.
–
Pull coolant hose
-2-
off coolant distributor housing, to do this, pull out retaining clip
-1-
.
–
Unscrew bolts
-arrows-
and remove coolant distribution housing with thermostat from engine.
Installing:
–
Clean sealing surface for O-ring.
–
Renew O-ring and moisten it with coolant.
–
Fit coolant distributor housing on engine block and tighten bolts evenly to 15 Nm.
–
Further assembly is basically the reverse of the dismantling procedure.
