Removing and installing coolant pipe
Removing and installing coolant pipe
Removing:
–  Remove intake manifold → Chapter.
   
–  Pull connector -1- from retainer and move cable clear.
–  Release all electrical wiring from intake manifold support.
–  Remove bolts -2…4- and remove intake manifold support.

–  Detach coolant hose -arrow- from coolant pipe.
  A19-0531
–  Detach coolant hose -1- from coolant pipe.
–  Remove bolts -2…3- and remove coolant pipe.
Installing:
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing, note the following:
t  Renew gaskets and seals.
t  Secure all hose connections with correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment).
