Removing and installing interior monitoring sensor and vehicle inclination sender
Removing and installing interior monitoring sensor and vehicle inclination sender
   
The interior monitoring sensor -G273- and the vehicle inclination sender -G384- are fitted together in a joint housing in the headliner on the driver side.
  Note
The anti-theft alarm must be deactivated before removing the interior monitoring sensor and the vehicle inclination sender → Chapter.
Removing:
–  Switch off ignition and all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.
–  Lower headliner → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.

–  Release fastener -arrow- with a suitable screwdriver and pull sensor housing downwards out of headliner.

–  Release and disconnect connector -arrow- and remove housing -1- with interior monitoring sensor and vehicle inclination sender.
Installing:
Installation is carried out in reverse order of removal.
