Sunroof / Moonroof: Adjustments

The sunroof should be adjusted whenever the top of the closed sunroof does not lie flush with the roof of the car, if it does not close squarely, if there are
wind noises at high speed, if there are water leaks, or if the sunroof has been removed.

To Adjust:

1. Open the sunroof halfway. Use a wooden or plastic wedge to pry the front edge of the trim panel from the sunroof. Pry as close as possible to each

of the five clips (arrows) that hold trim panel to sunroof. Remove the clips and push the panel back into the roof.

2. Close the sunroof. Loosen the mounting screws (A) that hold the sunroof to the front guides, then turn the adjustment screw (B) until the front of
