Fuel Injector Insert

Digifant II Fuel Rail Assembly

The Fuel Injector Insert is located in the top of the cylinder head on the intake side, it is positioned between the fuel injector and the the cylinder head.
The Fuel Injector Insert consists of high temperature plastic. The injector insert has threads holding it in the cylinder head, an internal 10mm hex at the
top of the insert is used remove and install it. The fuel injector tip is sealed to the insert by the O-ring fitted to it. The injector is held in position by the 
fuel rail. The function of the injector insert is to; locate and seal the fuel injector tip, isolate the fuel injector from engine heat and vibration.
