Operating Cables Assembly Overview

‹› Lubricate mounting areas and slide surfaces with grease (G 000 450 02).

Shift Cable

‹› Connect with cable retainer item - 11 - 

‹› Installation location, refer to => [ Shift Mechanism, Installation Position ] See: Shifter M/T/Service and Repair/Shift Mechanism, Installation

Position

‹› Attach to the selector cable with a cable tie, refer to => [ Cable Tie Installation Locations ] 

‹› From 11.06 changed fastener on shift lever inside shift mechanism item - 8 - => [ Shift Cable ] See: Shifter M/T/Service and Repair/Gearshift
